Transportation Appreciation Day celebrates staff that keeps students on the move
CUSD celebrated Transportation Appreciation Day on May 10. District staff and Trustees visited the bus yard in Aliso Viejo to celebrate the drivers, dispatchers and mechanics who take great pride in driving students to and from school, special events and sports competition. It was also a chance to honor Matthew Martinez, who was named the CUSD Classified Employee of the Year in the transportation division just the night before.
