Adult Transition Program celebrates Class of 2023 with graduation ceremony

Capistrano Unified’s Adult Transition Program celebrated its 2023 graduates with a ceremony held on May 31 in the Union High School courtyard.

The program is designed for and serves students ages 18-22 post-high school and provides a safe environment for students to improve and develop vocational skills, independent living skills, social skills, and functional skills through community-based instruction and experiential learning.
