CUSD Fifth Annual College Fair Shows Students the Sky is the Limit

The Capistrano Valley High School gym was filled with excitement and anticipation, as students and their families browsed the limitless opportunities available to them post-graduation, at the CUSD College Fair on October 7.

Nearly 150 representatives from universities and colleges, technical, trade, art and film schools, and military academies travel across the country each year for the event.

In addition, expert presentations and breakout sessions are provided on a variety of topics such as an inside look inside college admissions, financial aid, exploring Career Technical Education (CTE) before college, crafting an effective college essay, SAT/ACT, and transfer success.

The annual event is held in partnership with the district’s Futureology department and PTSA. The CUSD Futureology program, in its third year, helps students plan for post-high school life by navigating their options and providing an abundance of resources. Click here for more information.
