For Earth Week, Food & Nutrition Services visited the Las Palmas Elementary Garden! Students got to try a Garden Crunch Salad with zesty honey lemon dressing, created with ingredients currently growing in their garden! They also got to plant seeds & take some home as well. Our garden moms created a beautiful display to encourage our students to incorporate a variety of colors of fruits & veggies into their meals. Give our salad a try for yourself!
