High school seniors visit Las Palmas Elementary for graduation walk tradition

A group of former Las Palmas Elementary students who are graduating this year from CUSD high schools visited their elementary school to walk together across their old campus.

During the walk, current students and staff members welcome them back and honor their accomplishments. This tradition takes place at Las Palmas each year before high school graduations are held, giving the seniors a chance to revisit the school where they got their start in CUSD and reconnect with teachers and staff at Las Palmas.
