CUSD Loves Mission Viejo

CUSD loves Mission Viejo, home to seven of our schools. It was only fitting that CUSD was heavily involved in the inaugural Love Mission Viejo Day, where over 600 of volunteers went around the city doing beautification and modernization projects. The day started with a rally at Fred Newhart Middle School, and then the volunteers spread out over the city to do some good for others. A group of volunteers remained at Newhart to clean up landscaping around campus. Another group went to Phillip Reilly Elementary to add some color to the playground by painting areas of the blacktop.

Enjoy the photos below of CUSD students and families in action improving their schools.
