Trustee Pamela Braunstein announced her resignation from the Capistrano Unified School District Board of Trustees, effective March 3, 2022. Braunstein represented Trustee Area 2.
At the March 16, 2022 Board meeting, the Trustees will consider holding a special election to fill the vacancy, or conducting an appointment process to identify an individual who would fill the vacancy until the November 2022 elections.
The Board Meeting will take place at the Capistrano Unified School District Education Center located at 33122 Valle Road in the city of San Juan Capistrano. The meeting will also be available via livestream on www.capousd.org.
