These individuals exemplify excellence in teaching, consistently going above and beyond to inspire, support, and empower their students both inside and outside the classroom.
Surrounded by CUSD administrators, members of the Board of Trustees, colleagues, and proud family members, the District came together to recognize and celebrate these exceptional educators. The 2026 Teacher of the Year was formally honored during a special ceremony held on March 26 at San Juan Hills High School—an evening dedicated to acknowledging the passion, commitment, and lasting influence of CUSD’s remarkable teachers.
