CUSD College and Career Advantage in partnership with the Monarch Beach Sunrise Rotary Club hosted their Annual Career Symposium.
The event featured industry professionals sharing their own professional stories, knowledge and advice on career pathways, building future success and achieving goals.
Sharing careers with our young people continues to be a priority for CUSD and today we have over 12,000 students enrolled in College and Career Pathways, up from 5,000 four years ago, thanks to our Board of Trustees’ focus on Career Technical Education (CTE). We also have nearly 400 businesses who partner with us. Today, CUSD has 28 career pathways for high school students in our #CTE program.
200 CUSD students were invited to attend the event, which also included breakfast and raffles.
