The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) announced the winners of its annual Water Awareness Poster Contest, and eight Aliso Niguel High students were among the honorees. MWDOC invites all K-12 students in Orange County to participate in a post contest illustrating how clean, fresh drinking water improves daily life. This year’s theme was Save Blue Live Green, promoting the impact that water conservation can have on a healthy environment. 40 winners were selected in the different age groups and will be in contention for a prize across Southern Orange County.
