Q: How long have you worked for CUSD?
A: 20 years
Q: Describe your role in Food & Nutrition Services
A: As a food service professional, I’m involved in preparing food, serving the students and helping my leader manage the kitchen.
Q: What is the most rewarding part of your job?
A: Preparing healthy and nutritious meals everyday for the students and seeing their happy faces.
Q: Why is it important for students to have nutritious, filling meals everyday?
A: Because it helps them to focus on school and it benefits their health so they can handle the challenges they face everyday.
Q: What was your favorite school lunch when you were a student?
A: Curry rice
Q: What is your favorite meal to cook at home?
A: Korean BBQ
Q: If you could have lunch with one famous person from any time, who would it be and why?
A: God. I would ask him how he created the world and what is the future going to look like eventually.
