Teachers celebrated for educational grant funding - CUSD Insider

Teachers celebrated for educational grant funding

Nine CUSD teachers received grants from the Education Foundation For California Schools earlier this year, earning funding for materials to benefit student learning. The Human Resource Services Employee Engagement team hit the road to congratulate and celebrate the teachers, presenting them with banners commemorating their achievements in their classrooms.

The Education Foundation for California Schools is a non-profit organization created by SchoolsFirst FCU and the Orange County Department of Education to support core education programs in California schools. The Foundation’s primary purpose is to provide financial assistance to teachers in California public and private schools through grants that help fund innovative programs designed to encourage students to learn and excel in core subjects.

Congratulations to the teachers, and thank you for going the extra mile for your students.

Sharing is caring!
