The third annual CUSD Cares Middle School Intramural Soccer Tournament took place April 29-30 at San Juan Sports Park, bringing together student-athletes from across the district for two days of spirited competition and community connection. The schools were split into to divisions, with separate boys and girls tournaments at each grade level, allowing a wide range of teams to showcase their skills.
Schools sent their top squads to compete in a double-elimination format, creating plenty of exciting matchups and opportunities for teams to battle their way through the bracket. Adding to the sense of community, varsity soccer players from San Juan Hills and Dana Hills high schools volunteered their time to serve as referees, helping guide and support the younger athletes on the field.
